As a Resident Poet, Terry gave a reading at the Bradbury Art Museum, lectured on “Writing

with a Sense of Place,” and had a number of individual conferences with student

poets.

World Premier of "Peter Wept"

The world premier of Alex Davis' “Peter Wept” performed by the USC Concert Choir

under the direction of Philip Emory at the University of South Carolina on April 22,

2010. The piece is written for 8-part choir and string quintet. Based on the poem

“Peter Wept” by Terry Minchow-Proffitt.
